Elča Cottage is located in a beautiful mountain village Lipová-lázně, near the district town of Jeseník. Lipová-lázně is an ideal place for recreation or active holiday. A wide range of sports activities is offered. In summer, Lipová-lázně is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling thanks to its numerous hiking trails. There is also the possibility of swimming in a nearby camp. In the winter season Lipová-lázně and its surroundings is a paradise for lovers of downhill skiing, of course there are also cross-country trails. In the vicinity there are several Ski Areas, which in addition to skiing and provide rental of all the equipment. The nearest ski resort Lázeňský hill is within walking distance less.
Accommodation
It is possible to add extra bed for larger capacity and also it is possible to rent a cot bed for small children for a fee.
Rooms are equipped with bed linens and towels, internet connection is a matter of course.
In the common room there is a space for evening sitting with friends, the kitchen is equipped with an electric kettle, microwave and fridge, books and toys are available for children.
The cottage has shared bathroom (2x shower and 3x toilet).
Parking is available near the cottage.

* Rent the whole cottage regardless of the number of people per night. The minimum number of nights when booking the whole cottage is set at 3 nights.

Normally minimum stay is 2 nights but in Christmas it should be 5 nights.
In case of occupying the whole cottage for 6 nights or more, the price will be individual.
Prices are per person per night and the price is final including energy, VAT and other charges. Children under 3 years free of charge without bed. Dog or other animal is allowed by agreement for a fee 500 CZK / stay.
Check in time is around 3-6pm, and check out is until 10am.
Cancellation Policy: For a full refund the guest must cancel at least 30 days before the date of arrival (any deposit will be returned in full). If canceled or modified 29 days and later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
The resort fee is CZK 20 per bed per night and is included in the room rate.
Pursuant to the Act on Registration of Sales, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, he is obliged to register the received revenue with the tax administrator online; in the event of a technical failure, no later than 48 hours.
